At times, you may need to resend a customer their order receipt. There are two ways to resend a receipt: through the E-COMMERCE tool or through the CONTACTS tool. Below, we will show both methods of resending a receipt.
RESEND IN E-COMMERCE TOOL
Click on the E-COMMERCE tool and hover over TRACKING and then click on ORDERS.
Click on the order number you need to resend to open the order.
Toward the top right side of the page, click on the RESEND RECEIPT button.
RESEND IN CONTACTS TOOL
Click on the CONTACTS icon and then click on the name of the contact whose order receipt needs to be resent.
When you've opened up an individual contact entry, click on the E-COMMERCE tab and then click on the order number.
This will bring you to the details of the order. Click on the RESEND RECEIPT button toward the top right of the page.
