Your Form Builder can be used for a lot more than just a contact form! With the ability to set your form to expire on a certain day, you can now limit form submissions for a specific period of time. This is a great feature to use if you are only taking certain requests for a certain period of time, like for a contest or holiday appointments.
To set an expiration date on your form, follow the steps below.
First, click on the FORMS icon and then FORM BUILDER. From there, click on the name of the form you need to set a submission limit on, or create a new form.
Click on the GEAR icon toward the top right and click on SETTINGS.
In the settings page, there is a section called EXPIRATION DATE. Click on the calendar button to choose a date, then click on SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page.
That's it! Now when people are completing your form, they will see when the form expires, and will not be able to complete the form after that date. After the date has passed, the viewer will see a message that says "Form Closed" if they try to access the form again.
