The Zibster To Go App makes it easy and fast to get help when you're on the go.
If you don't already have the Zibster To Go App, click here to download it.
First, open the app and log in. Tap on the SUPPORT icon under MY ACCOUNT.
Tap on CALL SUPPORT to call our toll free number, or tap on the SUBMIT SUPPORT TICKET button to create a ticket.
After you tap on SUBMIT SUPPORT TICKET, you'll be prompted to select what PRODUCT/SECTION and SUBJECT apply to your question, then enter your question under ASK A QUESTION.
Tap on SUBMIT and your ticket will be sent to our support team to answer.
