If you're on the go, but you need to update your E-Commerce orders, using the Zibster To Go App is the quickest, easiest way to do it!
First, open the app and log in to your account. Tap on the E-COMMERCE button and select ORDERS. This will bring you to a list of your orders. Tap one of your orders to manage it.
After you tap on the order, you'll see the order details. From here, you can manage lots of different aspects of this order:
PAYMENT STATUS: Pending or Paid
ORDER STATUS: Allows you to choose an order status, if you have set order statuses in your E-Commerce settings. Click here to learn how to set up order statuses.
EMAIL RECEIPT RESEND: Use this to resend the order receipt to your client. You can also send it to a different email address if needed.
