How can I reply to a conversation with the Zibster To Go App?

When you receive a reply from a customer or lead to a conversation, you can view and reply to their conversation on the go using the Zibster To Go App! This makes it simple and quick to keep in contact with your customers.
The conversation reply will go to your Zibster To Go App as a notification, so open the Zibster To Go App and log in to your account, then tap on the NOTIFICATIONS icon.
From there, tap on the conversation. You'll see the full conversation history, as well as a field where you can type your reply.
