To protect sensitive and confidential information collected through your forms, you can enable encryption within Zibster’s form settings. Encryption is recommended for forms that handle private client data.
Important Note: Once your SSL certificate is activated with your Zibster website, encryption will be applied automatically.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and go to Forms from the main dashboard.
STEP TWO
Select the form you want to encrypt by clicking on its FORM NAME or create a new form.
STEP THREE
In the form editor, click on the GEAR ICON at the top right corner, then select Enable Encryption from the dropdown menu.
FINAL STEP
When prompted, choose Yes to activate encryption.
Once encryption is enabled, the form’s URL will display as https, and a lock icon will appear next to the form URL.
To disable encryption, go back to the form editor, click the GEAR ICON, and select Disable Encryption.
