How a Social Media Marketing Service Works
1. Complete your questionnaire
When you purchase our Social Media Marketing service you will receive a questionnaire to help our team learn more about your business and your goals for the service. Our work begins once you complete the questionnaire.
Goal: Receive completed questionnaire from you within 10 business days.
Note: The submission of the questionnaire constitutes the start of the Service and our work. Once a Service has begun, the money-back guarantee no longer applies, and the service will not be refunded.
2. Upload your content
After you complete your questionnaire you'll need to upload your content to your Client Galleries or Clipboard folder named Social Media Marketing, Your Pro Services team will use this folder to use and create content from. Please select a day and time that works well for you.
Goal: Meet within 5 business days of completing your questionnaire.

3. A Pro Service Team Member gets to work
Your Account Manager will complete the work based on your questionnaire.
Goal: Complete tasks within 7 business days.
Note: This includes setting/auditing up your social media account, connecting accounts to our team account, blog posts, social media posts, email marketing newsletter each month, This service does not include custom graphic designer.
4. Review schedule content
Once the agreed upon tasks are completed, your Account Manager will let you know by email so that you can look it over. If you have any feedback or revision requests, please provide a written list of your edits (by email) to your Account Manager. Please be detailed and feel free to include screenshots with markups.
Goal: Receive your feedback within 5 business days.
5. Schedule next month content
After you have reviewed the initial scheduled month, our team member will continue to program your social media for the next month based on the first month content strategies til a 6-month check in period to see if there is any new images or promotions you'd like to push to your users.
Goal: Continue service.
