How the SEO GO Service Works
1. Complete your questionnaire
When you purchase a Pro Service you will receive a questionnaire to help our team learn more about your business and your goals for the service. If you'd like to schedule a call to go over your service please select that option on the questionnaire. Our work begins once you complete the questionnaire.
Goal: Receive completed questionnaire from you within 10 business days.
Note: The submission of the questionnaire constitutes the start of the Service and our work. Once a Service has begun, the money-back guarantee no longer applies, and the service will not be refunded.
2. Schedule your initial consultation (if you'd like one)
After you complete your questionnaire you will receive a link (by email) to schedule a consultation with your Pro Services Account Manager. Please select a day and time that works well for you.
Goal: Meet within 5 business days of completing your questionnaire.

3. Meet with your account manager
Talk on the phone with your Pro Services Account Manager to review the goals for your SEO GO service, based on the information provided in your questionnaire.
Goal: 30 minute conversation.
4. Receive your site meta data
We perform valuable keyword research so you know what you should be ranking for. Then we will send your initial overall site meta data (title, description, and keywords) for approval.
Goal: Provide to you within 5 business days of receiving questionnaire.
5. Review your site meta data (provide revisions)
Please provide a written list of edits (by email) to your Pro Services Account Manager.
Goal: Receive your feedback within5 business days of providing the meta data.
6. Complete site optimization & initial action plan
We make final changes to your metadata. We then do a front end site engagement review and look for ways to improve your web presence.
We also set up your site to track your performance with Google Analytics and submit your sitemap to Google Search Console.
Goal: Finalize optimization within 5 business days of receiving meta data updates.
7. Monthly analysis & reporting
Each month, you'll receive actionable information from your SEO specialist. We'll guide you through your website's performance and give you strategies on what to do next. This "homework" may include blogs to write, content to refresh, or social sharing to accomplish.
You'll understand your results in plain language and get valuable strategies to attract more visitors and turn them into paying clients.
8. We continuously monitor your website
With continuous coaching, we keep you on track for SEO success. Continue using SEO GO as long as you need — we are always here to give you a boost.
