How to Add Conditional Fields to Your Zibster Form
The Zibster Form Builder allows you to create dynamic, customizable forms. With conditional fields, you can show specific form fields based on a client’s previous selection—making your forms smarter and more personalized.
For example, if a client selects a specific date, you can have a time slot field appear automatically for them to complete.
Important: Conditional fields can only be applied to Drop Down Menu, Radio Select, or Checkbox fields.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Form Name you want to edit, or create a new form.
STEP THREE
Locate the Drop Down Menu, Radio Select, or Checkbox field where you want to apply conditional logic.

Click the Pencil Icon to edit the field.

In the editor, click on Advanced.
STEP FOUR
Click on the choice title (the specific option you want to trigger conditional fields).
STEP FIVE
Under Conditional Fields, click the drop-down menu and select which additional fields you’d like to appear when that choice is selected.

Click Add Field to include it.

Repeat this step for each choice that needs a conditional field.
STEP SIX (OPTIONAL)
Test Your Form on the Live Page
After saving, open the form on your live website and test it. Conditional fields should remain hidden until the triggering choice is selected, then appear automatically.
