Want to gather client feedback or run a quick survey? Adding a rating scale to your form is a great way to capture opinions in an easy, organized way. Here’s how you can set it up in your Zibster form builder.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and select FORMS from the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Open the form where you’d like to add a rating scale—or create a new form if needed.
STEP THREE
In the form builder, look at the right side and find the MISCELLANEOUS category. Click on RATING to add it to your form. Drag the rating scale to the spot you want it to appear.
STEP THREE
Click on “Rating Scale” to update the title or click on the pencil and paper icon to edit the options for questions.
FINAL STEP
You can change your rating values or edit and add questions to your rating block.
- To update rating values (like “Strongly Agree” or “Somewhat Agree”), click into the text fields and type in your changes.
When you’re done, click Save Changes to lock in your updates!
