Zibster Website Package includes ECommerce so you can sell your products. ECommerce includes stock tracking to create an inventory of your products. You also have the ability to view your stock history for up to the last 100 transactions for each product. This guide will walk you through how to view and export your stock history.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top-center of your ECommerce control panel, mouse over the TRACKING option and click on STOCK in the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Click on the SKU NUMBER for the product you want to view the stock history for.
FINAL STEP
This will show you your current stock history (up to the last 100 transactions). The following information will be displayed on the Stock Tracking:
- DATE: The date of the transaction
- TRANSACTION: If your stock was reduced or increased
- CHANGE: How much your stock increased or decreased by
- REFERENCE: Details about the change in stock
You can export a CSV file of this history by clicking on the EXPORT HISTORY button.
You can also indicate a "low stock mark" here by clicking on the low stock mark. This will show a message on your website for people who are viewing your products if your inventory is running low to encourage them to buy.
