How to See Who Signed Up for Your Newsletter in Zibster
With the Zibster Forms & Contracts tool, you can create a newsletter subscription form that allows visitors to opt in to receive your email updates. Once your form is live, there are two easy ways to check who’s signed up.
✅ Option 1: View Form Submissions
This method lets you see each individual submission directly from your form dashboard.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click FORMS in the left-hand menu
STEP TWO
Click SUBMISSIONS at the top of your Forms dashboard.
STEP THREE
Select your newsletter sign-up form to view everyone who has filled it out.
✅ Option 2: Use Tags to Track Subscribers
If you’ve added a Tag to your form, any new submissions will automatically be grouped in your Contacts under that tag.
STEP ONE
In your Zibster account, go to CONTACTS from the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Click TAGS at the top of your Contacts dashboard.
STEP THREE
Find the tag used with your form and click the # OF CONTACTS to view everyone who signed up.
💡 Pro Tip: You can use this tag when creating Email Campaigns to send targeted messages to just your subscribers!
