How do I close a conversation?

The Conversations feature is part of the studio management section in the Zibster platform. Conversations enable you to communicate with your clients or leads. This guide will walk you through how to close a conversation from your contacts.

 
 

STEP ONE

Log into your Zibster account and click on CONTACTS in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the name or email of the contact from whom you'd like to close the conversation.

STEP THREE

Click on CONVERSATIONS option under the contact and then click on the DETAIL of the conversation you want to close. 

FINAL STEP

Click on the CLOSE button to close the open conversation with your contact.
