Clear Your Browser Cache
Your browser stores temporary files that can sometimes interfere with uploading.
Clear your cookies and cache, then restart your browser.

Check Your Internet Speed
A slow or spotty internet connection can interrupt uploads.
Check your speed using Speedtest.net
If your speed is low:
- Try restarting your router
- Check for any firmware updates on your router
- Move closer to your Wi-Fi source or use a wired connection if possible

Use the Right Image Format
Make sure your files are saved as .JPG or .PNG formats—these work best in Zibster.
❌ Just renaming a file to .jpg won’t work—you’ll need to convert the file using photo editing software like Photoshop, Lightroom, or a free online converter.
📏 STEP FIVE
Resize & Optimize Your Images
For faster uploads and better site performance:
- Set image height to 1730px (width adjusts automatically)
- Keep file size under 4MB (unless you have the Original Files Add-On)
- Use software like Lightroom or Photoshop to batch resize images
