If you’d like to switch your billing cycle, you can easily make the change directly from your account.

- Switch to Annual: Perfect if you want to save money and simplify billing with one yearly payment.
- Switch to Monthly: Great if you prefer flexibility or are just getting started and want smaller, manageable payments.
No matter which plan you choose, your Zibster membership includes the same great tools and support.
Important Note
- If you’re switching from annual to monthly, be sure to submit your request before your annual renewal date. Your new monthly plan will begin after your current annual term ends.
- Zibster does not offer refunds or prorated adjustments when switching from annual to monthly.

STEP ONE
Log in to your Zibster account and click MY ACCOUNT from the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Locate the section labeled Your Billing Cycle, then click CHANGE.
STEP THREE
Select your preferred billing option — Monthly or Annual — and review your next billing date.
Enter your account password, then click SUBMIT to confirm your change.
That’s it! Your new billing cycle will take effect on your next scheduled billing date.
