How to Manage Your Privacy & Policy Settings in Zibster
Zibster makes it easy to manage your privacy policies and stay compliant with regulations like GDPR. You can add a privacy checkbox to forms and checkout, set up an email opt-in, and provide policy details to your visitors. Here's how to find and edit these settings in your account.
STEP ONE
ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS
- Log into your Zibster account.
- In the left-side menu, click on My Account.
STEP TWO
OPEN POLICY SETTINGS
- At the top of the My Account page, hover over Settings.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Policy Settings.
FINAL STEP
UPDATE YOUR POLICY SETTINGS
In the Policy Settings section, you can adjust the following:

GDPR POLICY CHECKBOX LABEL
Enter the text you want shown next to a required checkbox. This will appear on your forms and checkout pages to confirm users agree with your policies.
✅ Tip: Include a link to your Privacy Policy page if you have one. -
BACKUP PRIVACY POLICY
If you don’t yet have a Privacy Policy page, you can write your privacy message here. This will be shown to users when they click on the checkbox label.
⚠️ Note: If you’ve added a link above, this backup text will not display. -
MARKETING EMAILS OPT-IN
Let users choose to receive marketing emails from you. This checkbox will appear on your forms and checkout pages.
