At times, you may have a product or service with a base price of $0.00 with options that determine the price. You may also have a product that is free at times as well, but you still want customers to go through the checkout process so you have their contact information.
In either one of these situations, you may not want your product to be listed as $0.00, but rather "FREE" or without a price at all.
This guide will walk you through the steps of setting up the label for your products with a price of $0.00.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Mouse over the SETTINGS option at the top-center of the Ecommerce control panel and click on GENERAL in the drop down menu that appears.
STEP THREE
From the GLOBAL SETTINGS tab, see "WHEN THE PRICE OF AN ITEM IS SET TO '$0.00' DISPLAY AS:" and select your preference:
- $0.00
- LABELED AS "FREE"
- HIDE PRICE UNTIL GREATER THAN "$0.00"
When you've made your selection, click on the SAVE CHANGES button.
