The Zibster Website Package includes ECommerce so you can sell products through your website. This guide will walk you through the steps of setting up a product for sale.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Mouse over the SELL ONLINE option at the top of your control panel and click on PRODUCTS in the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Click on the NEW PRODUCT button to create a new product.
Pro Tip: You can create products in product categories to organize them. You can also drag and drop a product to a different category after it is created.
STEP FOUR
You can enter the following details for your product:
- Product Name: This will be the product name that appears online for your clients to select and purchase.
- Description: This will give your clients a description of the product they’re purchasing.
- Price: The amount of the product you're offering and what the clients will be paying for at checkout.
- Charge Tax: Whether or not you're collecting sales tax on this product.
- Charge Shipping: Whether or not you're applying your shipping rates to this product.
- Additional Shipping Cost: If this product has additional shipping charged on top of the regular shipping rate.
- Active: Whether or not this product is currently active and available for purchase on your website.
Once you have entered the product details, click the CREATE PRODUCT button.
STEP FIVE
After you create a product, additional options to edit and modify your product become available.
- DETAILS: You can edit the name, description, and other details you set up in Step Four.
- IMAGES: You can upload new product images, insert existing clipboard images, or use our stock image library.

- OPTIONS: Give shoppers options for purchasing your products, such as colors, finishes, style, size, etc.

- DIGITAL DOWNLOAD: Set up files that customers can download after they purchase the product.

- SEO & SEARCH: Customize keywords that people can use to find your product on your site, plus metadata for search engines.
- STOCK: Track your products and the quantity you have available in your inventory. You can set an initial quantity for your product and then update it as needed.

- TAGS: Product tags allow you to organize your products with a tag. Tagged products will also allow you to pull a list of each product to see which clients have purchased that from you.
