Zibster’s Form & Contract Builder allows you to create customized forms to capture client information, complete and sign contracts online, and even take payments. This guide will show you how to update the layout and design options for your forms, including the look of your form fields, buttons, borders, page opacity, colors, background, and header.
Important Note: These design settings apply only to forms used as a standalone page. They do not override styling when a form is added to your website using the Form Block.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the FORM NAME you want to edit the design settings of.
Good To Know: If you have multiple categories of forms or many forms to sort through, you can use the search bar to locate the form you want to edit.
STEP THREE
Click the PAINT BRUSH ICON in the upper-right corner of your Form Settings.
STEP FOUR
Use the design controls to customize the look of your form. You will be able to adjust the template, styling, colors, and background.
FORM TEMPLATE
Choose whether you want your form to display in a full-width layout or a narrow-width layout. Click the template you prefer, then click SAVE.
STYLING ELEMENTS
This section allows you to control the appearance of your form fields, buttons, and borders.
- Form Field Opacity – Adjusts how transparent your form fields appear.
- Form Field Label Style – Controls where the field label displays. Options include Outside, Inside, or With Icon.
- Form Fields and Buttons – Controls the style of fields and buttons. Options include Round, Round Ghost, Flat, Ghost, and Underline.
- Borders – Controls whether your form has a border. Options include None, Thin, Thick, Dashed, and Dotted.
Select the style you want and click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the panel.
COLORS
Adjust the overall color scheme for your form, including text, buttons, borders, and background overlays.
BACKGROUND
Choose a background from the Background Library or upload your own custom background file.
