After purchasing the service, you’ll receive a questionnaire that gives our team everything we need to begin:

• Learn about your brand, niche, and style

• Understand your website goals

• Determine which template you prefer

• Gather details needed for SEO

• Identify any special requirements

Once you submit your questionnaire, your project officially begins.

Goal: Please complete within 3 business days.

Important Notes:

• Submitting the questionnaire starts the service. Once started, the service becomes non-refundable.

• This service includes building up to 10 pages (not including Store, Forms, or Blog pages).

• You may schedule a consultation with your Pro Services Account Manager after submitting your questionnaire.

After your questionnaire is submitted, your Pro Services Account Manager will create clipboard folders inside your Zibster account where you can upload:

• Your images

• Your logo & branding files (optional)

• Any written text you want included (optional — we can help write it)

You may also provide content via Dropbox if you prefer.
Please organize images into folders based on the page they belong to.

Goal: Upload your content within 4–5 business days.

Notes:

• We cannot begin building your website until all required images are received.

• Stock images may be used from Unsplash, or you may provide your own licensed images.

• This service includes loading your content into your website template — up to 10 pages.

Once we receive all your content, our team will:

• Personalize your chosen template

• Load your text and images

• Apply your branding (colors, logo, styles)

• Build up to 10 website pages

• Implement your initial SEO structure

We will then send you a link to preview your initial website.

Goal: Delivered within 5 business days after all content is received.

Note: Your website is designed on the Zibster template platform. Custom coding is not included.

Submit your edits using the Jumpstart Feedback Form or by emailing your Account Manager directly.

Screenshots and markup images are welcome and encouraged.

Goal: Please submit revisions within 3 business days.

Important Information:

• You receive one (1) round of revisions.

• You may request one (1) template change during this revision stage.

• Revisions include changes to layout, content placement, images, and written text you provided.

We will apply your edits and send your updated site for review.

Goal: Delivered within 3 business days of receiving your revision list.

Once your revised website is approved, we complete your SEO optimization based on the details you provided in your questionnaire.

Our team will:

• Finalize your page metadata

• Conduct an engagement review (navigation, layout, usability)

• Identify opportunities to improve your web presence

• Set up Google Analytics

• Submit your website and sitemap to Google Search Console

Goal: Completed within 3 business days of revision approval.

Our team will help connect your domain and launch your website.

After launch, our Support Team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET for any help you need with website updates or future changes.

Goal: Your website is launched within 30 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
(Actual timing depends on how quickly you provide content and feedback.)
