How to Use the ECommerce Dashboard in Zibster

Overview

The ECommerce Dashboard in your Zibster account provides a clear, real-time overview of your online sales activity. It allows you to track orders, monitor revenue, and review payment statuses all in one place. This guide will walk you through how to access your dashboard and explain each section so you can quickly understand your business performance.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure:

  • Your Zibster website has ECommerce enabled
  • You have products, services, or other items available for purchase
  • You have received at least one order (for data to display)

STEP ONE

Log into your Zibster dashboard and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.

This will open your ECommerce Dashboard, where you can view your sales data and order activity.

Understanding Your ECommerce Dashboard

Once inside the dashboard, you will see several sections that provide insights into your sales and orders. Most sections are interactive and allow you to click into more detailed reports.

Dashboard Summary

At the top of the dashboard, you will see a summary of your orders year to date. This provides a quick snapshot of your overall performance.

This section includes:

  • Total Sales
The total dollar amount of all orders placed year to date.
  • Paid Orders
The number of orders that have been successfully paid. Click this to view a filtered report of paid orders.
  • Pending Orders
Orders that have not yet been paid. Clicking this opens a report showing all pending transactions.
  • Total Orders
The total number of orders submitted through your website year to date.

Sales Overview

The Sales Overview section displays a bar graph showing your revenue by month for the current year.

This helps you identify trends in your business, such as busy seasons or slower periods.

Key interactions:

  • Hover over any bar to view total revenue for that month
  • Click on a bar to open a detailed order report for that specific month

This section is useful for tracking growth and comparing monthly performance.

Payment Status

The Payment Status section shows a breakdown of your orders based on their payment status.

This includes:

  • Paid
  • Pending
  • Refunded
  • Voided

Each status is displayed visually, making it easy to understand how your payments are distributed.

You can click on any status to view a filtered report of orders in that category. This is especially helpful when following up on unpaid orders or reviewing refunds.

Recent Orders

The Recent Orders section displays your 10 most recent orders.

For each order, you will see:

  • Order Number
  • Client Name
  • Total Amount
  • Payment Status

Click on an Order Number to open the full order details.

To view all orders, click VIEW ALL ORDERS to access your complete order report.

Order Status

If you are using Custom Order Statuses, this section will display your orders based on those statuses.

This allows you to track where each order is in your workflow, such as:

  • Processing
  • Completed
  • Delivered
  • Or any custom status you have created

Click on any status to view all orders assigned to it.

This is helpful for managing fulfillment and staying organized throughout your order process.

Top 5 Marketplace Items

This section highlights your best-performing items in your marketplace.

It includes:

  • Top 5 by Quantity
Shows which items are selling the most units
  • Top 5 by Total Sales
Shows which items are generating the most revenue

These are displayed in a visual chart.

You can hover over the chart to view detailed information about each item.

This section helps you identify your most popular products or services so you can make informed business decisions.

Additional Notes

  • All dashboard data is displayed year to date by default
  • Most sections are interactive and allow you to access detailed reports
  • Reports help you track performance, follow up on orders, and understand customer behavior
  • The dashboard updates automatically as new orders are placed
