Using The Image Clipboard in Your Zibster Account
The Image Clipboard in Zibster is a powerful tool that helps you reuse images across your website without reuploading them multiple times. When an image is added to your clipboard, you can insert it into pages, products, and other areas of your site—while that image only counts once toward your storage. This saves time, keeps your files organized, and prevents unnecessary duplicates.
A helpful thing to know: removing an image from your clipboard does not remove it from the places where it is already being used.

STEP ONE
Access Your Image Clipboard
Log into your Zibster account and click FILES from the left-side menu.
Inside the Files area, select the CLIPBOARD tab to view and manage all clipboard images.
STEP TWO
Organize Your Clipboard
Inside the clipboard, you can:
- Upload new images directly
- Create folders to organize your images
- Copy existing images from elsewhere in your account
Using folders is a great way to keep your clipboard tidy.
Example: You can sort by client, event, product type, or category.
STEP THREE
Add Images To Your Clipboard
OPTION 1: Upload New Images
Click UPLOAD inside your clipboard to add new images directly.
OPTION 2: Copy Existing Images
If the images are already uploaded somewhere in your account (such as on a page or product):
- Go to the area where the image is stored
- Locate the IMAGES section
- Drag and drop any image onto the CLIPBOARD button
After dropping the image, Zibster will display a confirmation message letting you know whether the image was copied successfully or if it already exists on your clipboard (preventing duplicates).
How To Insert Clipboard Images Into Your Website
When you're ready to use your clipboard images:

Navigate to the page or product where you want to add images.

Open the IMAGES section.

Click the CLIPBOARD button.

Select the images to insert by checking the box above each one or clicking and dragging your mouse to select multiple images.

Click INSERT to add the images to your page.
Any image used in multiple locations will display a clipboard icon (two stacked papers) in the corner of the thumbnail. This helps you quickly recognize shared images across your site.
HOW TO REMOVE IMAGES FROM THE CLIPBOARD
If you no longer need certain images stored in your clipboard—or need to free up space— you can remove them at any time.

Click the CLIPBOARD tab inside the Files area.

Select the images you want to remove by checking the boxes above them.

Click DELETE CHECKED.

Confirm your choice when prompted.
Deleting an image from your clipboard does not remove it from any pages where it is already being used.
