How to Add Your Logo and Business Information to ECommerce Receipts in Zibster
The Zibster Website Package includes powerful ECommerce tools that let you sell products and services, issue invoices, and collect payments through your website. Each time a customer places an order, Zibster automatically sends them a receipt.
By updating your branding settings, you can ensure your logo and business information appear on every receipt. This helps create a consistent and professional experience for your customers.
Follow the steps below to set up your receipt branding.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on BRANDING in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Upload your logo file in the Branding section. Supported file formats include .JPG and .PNG.
Pro Tip
For best display results, crop out any extra white space around your logo before uploading it. This helps your logo appear larger and sharper on your customer receipts.
FINAL STEP
Complete your Branding section.
You’ll have the option to add a favicon, update your accent color, complete your Business Profile, and update your Business Information. Scroll down to the Business Information fields and enter the details you want to display at the bottom of every receipt:

After entering your information, click Save Changes to apply your updates.
What Your Clients Will See
Your customers will receive a receipt email that displays your uploaded logo and the business details you added in your Branding section.
