How to Upload a Custom Website Logo in Zibster
By default, Zibster displays the logo uploaded in your Global Branding settings across your entire account, including your website, forms, and marketing tools. In some cases, you may want your website to display a different logo than the one used elsewhere in your account.
This article explains how to upload and apply a website-specific logo that overrides your global branding logo only on your website, without affecting branding in other areas of Zibster.
By the end of this process, your website will display a custom logo while your global branding remains unchanged.
Important Note
The Branding system in Zibster allows you to upload one logo and apply it globally across your Website, Forms, Mood Boards, Email Marketing, and more.
This article focuses on uploading a website-only logo using custom branding preferences.

STEP ONE
Log in to your Zibster account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top of the Website Builder, click Design.
STEP THREE
Click Design Settings to open your website’s global design options.
STEP FOUR
Under Branding Preference, select Custom.
This setting allows your website to use a logo that is different from the logo set in Global Branding.
STEP FIVE
In the Logo section, click Add Files.
Select your website-specific logo from your computer, then click Upload.
FINAL STEP
Scroll down and click Save Changes to apply the custom logo to your website.
Your website will now display this logo instead of the global branding logo.

Add a Favicon (Optional)
A favicon is the small icon that appears in the browser tab when someone visits your website.

Favicons must be uploaded in .ICO format

Upload the favicon in the Favicon field within Design Settings
- By default, the first 2 letters of your business name will be displayed as your favicon.

Upload a Compact Logo for Mobile (Optional)
A compact logo is a smaller or simplified version of your logo that displays on mobile devices.
Uploading a compact logo can improve spacing and readability on smaller screens. If available in your design settings, upload a reduced-size logo specifically for mobile use.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Why is my website still showing my global logo?
Make sure Branding Preference is set to Custom and that you clicked Save Changes after uploading your website logo.
Will this change my logo anywhere else in Zibster?
No. This setting only affects your website. Your Global Branding logo will continue to be used in other areas of your account.
