The Policies section of your Zibster Scheduler allows you to set your policy information for appointment cancellations and the amount of time allowed before booking an appointment.
You can decide if you want your clients to cancel their appointments online and how long before their session they can cancel. Additionally, you can determine how long before a session date and time a client can book.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on Scheduler
in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on POLICIES at the top center of your Scheduler control panel.
STEP THREE
You can configure the following policies for your online scheduling:
ALLOW YOUR CLIENTS TO CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENTS ONLINE
- Never
- Up to 24 hours before
- Up to 48 hours below
- Up to one week before
- Anytime
TIME ALLOWED BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
- 1 hour
- 2 hours
- 8 hours
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
- 72 hours
- 1 week
- 2 weeks
- 1 month
Click on SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the screen to apply your Scheduler Policies.
