Understanding & Managing Notifications in Your Zibster Account
Every time someone submits a form, books an appointment, or interacts with your Zibster website, you'll receive a notification. These alerts help you stay organized and never miss important activity from your clients.
You’ll receive notifications in two ways:

Inside your Zibster control panel

By email, sent to the address associated with your account

You’ll receive a notification for actions from:
- Form & Contract submissions
- Mood Board comments
- Appointment bookings (Scheduler)
- ECommerce orders
- Quotes & Invoices (approved or declined)
- Conversations (Contact forms, Replies)
- Blog Comments
Each of these helps you stay on top of your client communications and website activity.
📩 Make Sure You Receive Email Alerts
To avoid missing emails in your inbox, add this email address to your contacts:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com
Doing this helps prevent your notification emails from going to spam or junk folders.
⚠️ Important Note About Email Deliverability
Zibster uses email validation to protect our email servers from being flagged as spam. If your email address ever rejects one of our notifications, it may be marked as non-deliverable and added to a bounce list.
If you’re not receiving notification emails, contact our Passionate Support Team via phone or live chat. We’ll help check and restore your email settings.

Inside your notifications panel, you can:
- Filter by type using the dropdown menu
- Mark as read/unread
- Delete old notifications you no longer need
