Each time you receive a submission through your Zibster website, you have a notification that is captured and stored on your account as well as a notification email that is sent out. This includes submissions from your Form & Contract Builder, Mood Boards, Scheduler, ECommerce, Quotes & Invoices, Conversations, and Blog Comments. The built-in indicator in your control panel will alert you of any new submissions or orders to ensure that you have a record of all client communications that you've received.
For any email address you're set to receive notification emails in, be sure to log into your email and add emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com to your contact list. This will ensure you don't miss any potential notification emails in your inbox due to spam filters from your email provider.
Notifications show up on your control panel in 2 different places. On the home screen and in the notification section on the top, right of your Zibster account.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS: At Zibster, we send email notifications for various purposes, such as membership renewals, form submissions, client gallery activities, ecommerce orders, and more. We also use email validation to prevent our email servers from being marked as spam. If an email address rejects our notification email, it's marked as non-deliverable and added to a list of bounced emails. This helps maintain our email server's reputation for not sending emails to invalid addresses.
If you haven't been receiving Zibster notification emails recently, please contact us through a phone call or live chat. We can check if your email address is marked as non-deliverable and help you restore your notifications.
Home Screen Account Notifications
On the home screen of your control panel you'll see a break down of the different notifications you've received with a red number indicating you new notification that has not been viewed yet. You can click on the option and the right-side menu will open and allow you to sort through your notification
Notifications Center
You can also access your notifications from any portion of your Zibster account by clicking on the notifications bell at the top, right side of your control panel. When you click on the bell, the right side menu will open and allow you to sort through your notifications.

Notifications are categorized based on their origin:
- All
- New
- Orders
- Blog Comments
- Form Submissions
- Conversations
- Mood Board Comments
- Appointments
- Quote Approved
- Quote Declined
Managing Your Notifications
- Use the dropdown menu on the upper right side of the notifications list to filter notifications by type.
- Mark notifications as read or unread.
- Delete notifications that are no longer relevant.
