With the Zibster Contact tool, effortlessly view the past invoices of a specific customer in one place for streamlined accessibility and enhanced customer insights.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and select CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Select the contact you wish to view by clicking on their name.
STEP THREE
Select the Ecommerce option in the Contact Profile. Once this is selected, click on the report drop-down menu, select invoices, then click the search button.
STEP FOUR
To view their invoice, select the date shown under the word INVOICES.
FINAL STEP
You will now be able to see an invoice associated with their account. You can view the invoice details, payment history, and automated emails that were sent to them.
You also have the option to resend the invoice or print it.
