The Conversations feature is part of the studio management section in the Zibster platform. Conversations enable you to communicate with your clients or leads. This guide will walk you through how to delete a conversation from your contacts.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting a conversation or a contact from your account is permanent, and the conversation history cannot be recovered. If you wish to retain the conversation records associated with the contact, consider closing the conversation instead of deleting it.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the name or email address of the contact from whom you'd like to delete a conversation.
STEP THREE
Click on CONVERSATIONS under the contact and check the box next to the conversation you wish to delete.
FINAL STEP
Click the DELETE button to remove the conversation from your contact. A confirmation prompt will appear to verify your decision before processing the request. If you decide not to delete the conversation, simply click CANCEL.
