Zibster Website Package includes the Form & Contract builder that allows you to create online forms, questionnaires, contracts, and more. All form submissions are automatically captured and stored in your CONTACTS based on the email address used in the submission. You can also track other contact fields like First Name, Last Name, Phone, Address, and more. This guide will walk you through how to view or delete form submissions for a specific contact.
Important Note: Deleting a form submission is permanent and cannot be undone.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Search for the contact whose form submission you want to view or delete.
STEP THREE
Click on the contact's name to open their details.
STEP FOUR
In the left column, click on SUBMISSIONS to view any forms the contact has submitted. Click on the form submission date or name to view the details.
FINAL STEP
Once you've opened an individual form submission, you'll see all the submission details. From here, you can delete the submission, print it, view it as a document, start a conversation, or view an existing conversation.
