Zibster Website Packages includes CRM which captures and stores all form submissions, appointments, orders, and more that come from your website. This guide will walk you through how to delete a contact from your Zibster account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once a contact is deleted in Zibster, the contact information cannot be recovered. This includes their form submissions, conversations, appointments, orders, email invites, etc.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Select the contacts you wish to delete by checking the box next to their name, then click the "Delete" button.
FINAL STEP
Confirm the deletion by clicking the confirmation message that appears.
Please Note: Once deleted, the contact information and all associated details with the contact (form submissions, orders, etc.) are permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
