How to Update Your Identity for Zibster Mailbox
If you want to change what your outgoing Zibster Mailbox email messages display—or if the wrong information is showing—you can update your identity settings directly in your Zibster Mailbox. Updating your identity ensures that your name and email address display correctly on messages you send.
STEP ONE
Go to your Zibster Mailbox at https://mailbox.zibster.com and log in with your email address and password.
STEP TWO
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of your Mailbox, then select SETTINGS from the dropdown.
STEP THREE
In the settings menu, click on COMPOSING EMAIL to open your email composition preferences.
STEP FOUR
Click on the IDENTITIES tab.
STEP FIVE
You will see a list of identities linked to your mailbox.

You'll need to maintain 1 identity, you can edit the existing one or delete any additional ones you're not using.

Make sure your (Default) identity is updated to the information you want displayed when you send emails.
STEP FIVE
You can configure the following:

Full Name

Email Address
-
Reply To
-
Default Signature
Click OK to apply your updated identity.
FINAL STEP
Make sure your identity is set as default and click SAVE to apply it to your settings.
