This guide will walk you through the steps to configure your Zibster Mailbox on your iPhone or iPad using the Mail app. For best results, we recommend using the IMAP settings while configuring this.

PRO TIP!
Before configuring your Zibster Mailbox on your iOS device, be sure to check for any available system updates via the App Store. iOS may require them for your Mail app to function properly.
IMAP instructions for IOS devices
To configure your email on your iPhone or iPad follow these steps:
1. Open the Mail app on your device.
2. Choose Other from the list of available email service providers.
3. Enter the following information:
- Name—Enter your first and last name. This is the name that will appear in the From field of messages you send.
- Email—Enter your entire email address (e.g., sales@mydomain.com).
- Password—Enter the password for your email account.
- Description—Enter a descriptive name for the account (e.g., Work Account). This description will be visible only to you.
6. Tap on Next
Important: If IMAP is not already selected, tap the IMAP button.
7. Under Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server enter the following information:
- Host Name — secure.emailsrvr.com
- User Name—Enter your entire email address (e.g., myname@mydomain.com).
- Password—Enter the password for your email account.
8. Tap Next at the top right to complete the setup of your account.
9. Make sure the Mail option is selected and tap the Finish link at the top right.
