How to View Your Orders in Zibster ECommerce
You can easily find and manage orders your customers have placed through your ECommerce in Zibster. Once a customer completes checkout, Zibster will:

Send you an order notification email

Store the order in your account
-
Display an account notification in the ORDERS section on your home page
From there, you can view order details and track order status updates.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Mouse over the TRACKING option at the top center of your ECommerce control panel.
Click on ORDERS from the drop-down menu.
FINAL STEP
Click on the Order Number to open and view the order details.
SEARCHING ORDERS
You can search orders using different parameters:

Time Frame: Last 6 months, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, Custom Date

Customer: First or Last Name
-
Order Number
-
Payment Status: Paid or Pending

Order Status: If you have custom statuses set up, select them from the drop-down
You can also choose how many orders display per page (25, 50, 100). After making your selections, click Search to display results.
ORDER DETAILS
Clicking on an Order Number shows full details, including:

Detail Tab: Complete order info, customer email, payment status

Status History: Every status change made after the order was submitted (e.g., Pending → Paid)
Orders remain available in your account until you delete them.
