If you've received a payment through a Zibster Form using a credit or debit card, you're already set up with a merchant account to process those payments.
If you need to issue a refund, you’ll do that directly through your merchant account (not inside Zibster). This is because Zibster doesn't store or process your client's payment details — we simply connect with your payment provider to make everything work smoothly.
