Sharing your Forms & Contracts from your Zibster account is very easy. You can display your forms on any page of your website and send the link to your clients via email invitation or direct link.
For some forms and contracts, you may not want them visible on your website. This guide will walk you through the steps of sharing your forms directly with your clients from your Zibster control panel using email invitations.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the person you’re sending an email invite to has previously unsubscribed their email address from your lists, they will not receive an email invite for the form.
STEP ONE
Log in to your Zibster account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the FORM NAME you want to send an email invite for.
STEP THREE
Click on the SHARE button at the upper right side of the form editor.
STEP FOUR
Click on the EMAIL INVITE button to share the form via email. You can use any existing contact in your contacts list or enter a new email address.
STEP FIVE
After adding the contacts or email addresses you’d like to send the invitation to, click on the CONTINUE button.
FINAL STEP
Customize the following options before sending your form email invitation:
- FROM NAME
- FROM EMAIL ADDRESS
- SUBJECT
- MESSAGE
Click on the SEND button to send the email invitation to the selected contacts or email addresses.
After sending your email invitation, you’ll see a confirmation screen similar to the screenshot below.

Your client will receive an email invitation to the form in their inbox, similar to the screenshot below.
TRACKING YOUR FORM EMAIL INVITE
You can check the delivery status of your form email invite via the Contacts section in your control panel. Click on the contact and then the Email Invite button to view the following:
- NAME/SUBJECT
- SENT DATE
- STATUS
