Check the Form Link
Ensure you are using the correct URL for your form. You can do this by clicking the Share Button, and then either use email invitations or copy the link before sending it to your client.

Check for an Expiration Date
Verify if you've set an expiration date for the form that has passed in your Zibster account under the form's settings.

Confirm whether you've set a limit on the number of submissions, and if that limit has been reached.

Check Form Payment Block
If your form includes a payment option, make sure it’s properly connected to a payment merchant.

Review the home page of your Zibster account to ensure you haven't exceeded your monthly form submission limit (default is 500 submissions per month). Additional submissions can be purchased if needed.

Check if your form includes a file upload field, and if it does, ensure your account has enough available storage space.
