The Zibster platform includes CRM tools that make organizing your Contacts list simple and efficient. By using tags, you can categorize your contacts into specific lists, making it easier to target them for re-marketing campaigns. Tagging contacts allows you to quickly locate and engage specific groups, whether they are clients, leads, or vendors. This guide will walk you through the steps to tag multiple contacts at once.
Important Note: Tags are automatically applied to contacts when they submit a form if you add a tag to the form.
PRO TIP!
You can also tag multiple contacts by importing a CSV file into your Contacts section. The import tool will not create duplicate contacts; instead, it will update the tags on existing contacts and add any new contacts with the tag used during the import.

STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
In the Contacts section, you'll see a list of your contacts. To tag them, check the box next to each contact you want to include.
Once you've selected the contacts, click on the ADD TAG button.
STEP THREE
A lightbox window will appear, allowing you to enter your tag(s). Enter one tag at a time, then click on the ADD TAG button.
Important Note: Any tags you've previously created will appear in the drop-down menu.
You'll see the tag(s) you've added listed, as shown in the screenshot below. Click on SAVE CHANGES to apply the tag to the selected contacts.
After clicking on SAVE CHANGES, a confirmation message will appear.
