How to Process a Refund for Credit or Debit Card Payments on Zibster
Zibster makes it easy to accept credit and debit card payments through ECommerce, Scheduling, Invoicing, and Forms. If you ever need to issue a refund, the refund must be processed directly through your merchant account—not through your Zibster control panel.

Log in to the merchant account that originally processed the payment and follow their refund instructions.

Zibster does not have access to your merchant account details. For help with specific transactions, please reach out to your merchant’s support team directly.
