If you're using Square to process credit or debit card payments with your Zibster account and connected it before October 4, 2022, please follow these steps to reconnect. This ensures you're using the latest integration and have access to any new features.
STEP ONE
Log In to Your Zibster Account

Go to Zibster.com and log in.

In the left-side menu, click ECOMMERCE.
STEP TWO
Open Your Merchant Settings

At the top of your control panel, click PAYMENT.

From the drop-down menu, select MERCHANTS.
STEP THREE
Click directly on the name of your Square merchant account. It’s usually labeled "Credit Card - Square."
STEP FOUR
Click the Reconnect button on this page.
STEP FIVE
A new window will pop up. Log in to your Square account when prompted.
Square will ask you to update permissions so Zibster can continue accessing your merchant information and process payments.
✅ Click ALLOW to confirm the updated permissions.
You’ll see a confirmation message once your connection is successful. 🎉
FINAL STEP
Activate Your Merchant & Save Changes

Back in your Zibster Merchant Settings:
- Set Active to YES
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
If everything is set up correctly, you'll see your Location ID listed on the page.
And that's it! Your Square merchant account is now reconnected, and your clients can make purchases and payments using your updated Square integration.
