How to Connect Stripe to Your Zibster Account

Zibster integrates with Stripe so you can accept credit and debit card payments for ECommerce, Scheduler, Invoices, and Forms. This guide walks you through connecting your Stripe account as a merchant in your Zibster ECommerce control panel so you can begin accepting online payments.

Important Notes About Stripe

  • Refunds for Stripe payments must be processed directly inside your Stripe account.

  • Zibster is not affiliated with Stripe.

  • For questions about Stripe fees, rates, payouts, or refund policies, contact Stripe Support directly.

SIGN UP WITH STRIPE

STEP ONE

Log into your Zibster account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Hover over PAYMENTS, then click MERCHANTS from the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

Click the NEW MERCHANT button.

STEP FOUR

Select Stripe as your merchant provider (if it is not already selected), then click CONNECT TO STRIPE.

STEP FIVE

A new window will open for Stripe.

  • Log into your existing Stripe account or

  • Follow the prompts to create a new Stripe account

Once finished, click Authorize access to this account.

Stripe will automatically complete the setup and connect to your Zibster account.

FINAL STEP

Return to the MERCHANTS section in your ECommerce control panel. Be sure your merchant status is set to Active Yes. You will now see Stripe listed as an active merchant, and you can begin accepting online payments immediately.
