How to Use Title Blocks in Zibster
Title Blocks are a great way to make important sections of your website stand out. Whether you're introducing a new part of a page or adding a visual break between content, the Title Block helps highlight key information and keep your layout clean.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to add, customize, and style a Title Block on your Zibster website.
💡 SEO TIP
Each Title Block automatically applies an H1 tag to the text inside it. For best SEO practices, it’s recommended to use only one H1 tag per page.
STEP ONE
LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
Log in at Zibster.com, then:

Click WEBSITE in the left-hand menu.

This will open the Website Builder where you can manage your pages and content.
STEP TWO
ADD A TITLE BLOCK

In the block menu, click the Title Block icon (it’s the first option).

You can either:
- Click the icon to add it to the bottom of the page, or
- Click and drag it to the exact spot you want on the page.
(A teal line will show you where it will land.)
STEP THREE
CHOOSE A LAYOUT

Browse the layout options that appear.

Click Select on the one you like best.
- Blank Blocks use your site’s global design settings.
- Predesigned Blocks come with their own styles for a polished look right away.
STEP FOUR
EDIT YOUR TITLE TEXT

Click anywhere inside the Title Block to open the editor.

Under the Text tab (first icon), type your headline or section title.

Click Save Changes to apply your text.
📌 Reminder: Text in a Title Block is styled as an H1 tag to help with search engine optimization.
STEP FIVE
STYLE YOUR TITLE BLOCK
You have full control over how your Title Block looks—from alignment and spacing to colors, backgrounds, and fonts.
TEXT ALIGNMENT & SPACING
Adjust the placement and padding of your content:
- Text Alignment: Left, center, or right
- Space Below Block: Adjusts space beneath the Title Block
- Space Inside Block: Adjusts top and bottom padding inside the block
💡 If you change a setting, you’ll see a "CUSTOMIZED" label. Click the "X" to reset it to your default.
COLOR SETTINGS
Customize your Title Block's color scheme:
- Title Color – Sets the text color (default is Accent 1)
- Background Color – Sets the background (default is Site Background)
Click the color swatch or enter a HEX code, then Save Changes.
BACKGROUND IMAGE
Want more visual impact? You can add a background image instead of just a color:

Upload your own image or choose one from the Background Library

Choose how the image displays:

Tile – Repeats the image

Top Left – Anchors to the top-left

Centered – Centers the image
-
Cover – Stretches image to cover the block

Click Save Changes when you're done.
FONT CUSTOMIZATION
Fine-tune the font settings for your Title Block:
- Font Style
- Font Size
- Letter Spacing (Kerning)
- Line Height
Make your changes under the Font tab and be sure to Save Changes.
