If you've given access to any of your team members and they need assistance with resetting their password, they can request that reset from the login page using the Forgot Password option. If they are still struggling to reset their password, the main account holder for your Zibster account can request the reset. This guide will walk you through the steps of requesting a password reset for a user in your Zibster account.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on USERS at the top-center of your My Account control panel.
STEP THREE
Click on the USER profile name to access their settings.
FINAL STEP
In the right-side menu that opens, click on the RESET PASSWORD button to send a password reset email to your user's email address.
