How to Delete a User From Your Zibster Account
Each Zibster account includes the Users feature, which allows you to add multiple users with specific roles and permissions. This makes it easy to collaborate with team members without sharing your login credentials.
This guide will walk you through how to permanently delete a user from your Zibster account.
Important
Deleting a user cannot be undone. If you remove a user, you will need to re-create them if access is needed again.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on USERS at the top of your My Account control panel.
STEP THREE
Check the box next to the user you want to delete, then click the DELETE button.
FINAL STEP
Confirm that you want to permanently delete the user’s access to your Zibster account.

Deleting a user immediately removes their access to your account.

If the user managed website content, ecommerce settings, or client communications, be sure to reassign any responsibilities before deleting them.

If you only want to limit access temporarily, you can change their permissions instead of deleting the user.
