How To View Activity on Mood Boards
Zibster’s Website Package includes Mood Boards, which allow you to create private, password-protected galleries where clients can browse images, make selections, leave comments, and more. As clients interact with their project, you can easily track what they favorite, download, comment on, and view. This guide will walk you through how to search and view a specific client’s activity within their Mood Board event.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on MOOD BOARDS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on ACTIVITY at the top of the Mood Boards control panel.
STEP THREE
You can view activity from clients who have accessed their mood board events and see details for the following:
- FAVORITES
- COMMENTS
- DOWNLOADS
- CREATED
To search for a specific client, type the client's name into the search bar and press Enter on your keyboard.
You can click on the activity to view details of your client's interactions.
Important Note: If the activity shows all 0's for Favorites, Comments, and Downloads, it means the client logged in but did not mark any favorites, leave comments, or download any images.
Your client activity report will display any favorites, comments, single downloads, or bulk downloads that your client has added.
