Using your client relationship builder, you have the ability to copy a custom form. This is helpful if you need to create multiple forms that are very similar, but you need to change some of the information on each form for different clients.
To begin, click on the FORM icon at the top of your control panel.
Choose the option for FORM EDITOR.
Select option for COPY to the right of your selected form.
This gives you the option to rename this new form. All your form fields and customizations are carried over to the copied form. Click on the CREATE COPY button.
After you click on CREATE COPY, your new form copy will be opened so you can make any necessary changes.
