How to Ensure You Receive Zibster Notification Emails
At Zibster, we send important notifications based on the products you’re using, such as:
- Two-Factor Authentication Codes (if email is your selected method)
- Billing and Membership Emails
- Form Submissions
- ECommerce Orders
- Scheduler Appointments
- Mood Board Comments or Favorites
- Blog Comments
- Conversations
Sometimes, your email provider may mistakenly mark these notifications as spam. This guide will walk you through how to make sure these important messages make it to your inbox and what to do if they’re not showing up.
Where To Find Notifications in Your Zibster Account
Even if you miss an email notification, you can always find it in your Zibster control panel. All your notifications are stored on the home page of your account. You can easily review updates from site activities like Forms, ECommerce, Mood Boards, Scheduler, Conversations, and Blog Comments.
How To Ensure You Receive Your Notifications
STEP ONE
Add Zibster Notification Email Servers to Your Contacts
To ensure you never miss a notification, add our email server addresses to your contacts or safe sender list. This helps prevent our messages from being marked as spam.
Add the following Zibster notification addresses to your contacts:
- emailsupport@zibster.com
- emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com
If you use a webmail service such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or GoDaddy email, you can add these addresses through your “Contacts” or “Address Book” section.
STEP TWO
Add Zibster.com to Your Safe Sender List
If your email provider allows it, add zibster.com to your safe sender or approved domain list. This ensures all Zibster notifications are delivered directly to your inbox.
STEP THREE
Set Up Email Filters (Optional)
To keep your inbox organized, you can create filters or rules that automatically move Zibster notifications into a dedicated folder. Here are links to instructions for common email providers:

Please note: Zibster is not affiliated with these email providers. For assistance setting up filters, contact your email provider’s support team.
Important Information About Email Deliverability
Zibster uses email validation to protect the reliability and reputation of our mail servers.
If your email address rejects our notifications (for example, if your inbox is full or an email was marked as spam), your address may be flagged as non-deliverable. This means our servers will stop sending emails to that address until the issue is resolved.
If You're Not Receiving Notifications
If you’ve stopped receiving Zibster notifications, please contact our support team so we can help. You can reach us by phone at 866.463.7620 or live chat in your account (Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST). We’ll check if your email address has been marked as non-deliverable and help restore your notifications.
Pro Tip
All your notifications are also stored in your Zibster control panel. You can review them anytime on the Home Page of your account if you miss an email notification.
