How to Reschedule an Appointment in Your Zibster Scheduler

You can easily reschedule a client’s appointment in your Zibster Scheduler control panel. This guide will show you how to move an existing appointment to a new available date and time.

Important Note

You can only reschedule appointments that have not yet occurred.

STEP ONE

Log into your Zibster account and click SCHEDULER from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Locate the appointment you want to reschedule. Click the appointment to open its details.

STEP THREE

In the right-side menu, click the RESCHEDULE button for the appointment you’re updating.

STEP FOUR

Choose the new date and available time for the appointment.
Click SAVE CHANGES to confirm the new time slot.

Once saved, your client will automatically receive an updated confirmation email with the new appointment details.

Your Scheduler will also refresh automatically, freeing up the original time slot and booking the new one.
