Zibster includes Email Marketing campaigns with our Website Package. The tracking section allows you to see how your clients interacted with the campaigns you’ve sent out. You can view stats for Contacts, Opens, Clicks, Unsubscribed, and Bounced. A "bounced" email means that your campaign was sent, but the email address rejected it, causing it to bounce back to our notification server. Emails can bounce for several reasons, such as an invalid email address, a full inbox, or a temporary issue with the recipient’s email service. This guide will walk you through the steps to check if any emails in your list bounced.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
Any emails in your contacts that bounce will not receive future email marketing campaigns unless you remove the bounced flag from the contact. This helps manage the spam reputation of our email marketing server. You can easily remove email addresses from your bounced list if needed.
