Every Zibster Website Package includes 10,000 marketing emails each month, giving you a built-in way to reach clients and subscribers directly from your Zibster account.
The Zibster AI Email Campaign Creator makes creating email campaigns faster and easier. Instead of starting from a blank campaign, you can choose a predesigned campaign type, add a few details about your message, upload images, and let Zibster AI create a polished first draft for you.
You can still build your own campaign manually. If you prefer to start from scratch, you can skip the AI setup process and use the drag-and-drop email builder.
This guide walks you through how to create a new email marketing campaign in Zibster using the Zibster AI Email Campaign Creator.

Prerequisites
Before creating a new email marketing campaign, make sure you have:
• Access to your Zibster account
• Up to date Zibster Business Profile
• Contacts added to your Zibster account if you plan to send the campaign to an email list
• Images ready if you want to include visuals in your campaign
• A website, Scheduler, form, blog post, landing page, or other link if your email includes a button

STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu.
This opens your Marketing dashboard, where you can manage your email campaigns, pop-ups, automations, and marketing performance.
STEP TWO
At the top of the Marketing dashboard, click EMAIL CAMPAIGNS.
This opens the Email Campaigns section, where you can view existing campaigns and create a new campaign.
STEP THREE
Click the NEW CAMPAIGN button.
This opens the Zibster AI Email Campaign Creator.

Select the type of email campaign you want to create.

After choosing your campaign option, click CONTINUE on the right side of the screen.

STEP FIVE
Add your campaign details.
Zibster AI uses the information you provide to create the first draft of your email campaign.
Campaign Name
Enter a name for your campaign.
This name is for your internal reference only and will not be visible to your recipients. Use a name that makes the campaign easy to identify later, such as Spring Promotion, Holiday Sale, New Service Announcement, Appointment Reminder, or New Blog Post.
Campaign Details
Use the Campaign Details field to tell Zibster AI what your email campaign should focus on.
You can include details such as:
• What you are promoting
• Who the campaign is for
• Important dates or deadlines
• Special pricing or limited-time offers
• The action you want recipients to take
• Any important wording, tone, or details you want included
Examples:
• “Promote my limited-time spring service special through April 30.”
• “Announce that my business is now offering a new consultation service.”
• “Invite past clients to schedule their next appointment before availability fills up.”
• “Share a new blog post and encourage readers to visit my website.”

The more specific your details are, the better Zibster AI can customize the email content for your campaign.
Button Link
Enter the website address you want recipients to visit when they click the button in your email.
This is usually a page on your website, such as:
• A booking page
• A Scheduler page
• A contact form
• A service page
• A landing page
• A blog post
• A pricing page
• A review page
After adding your campaign details, click CONTINUE to move to the next step.
You can also click BACK if you want to return to the previous step and choose a different campaign option.
STEP SIX
Upload your images.
Next, add the images you want to include in your email campaign.
You can upload new images or choose images from your image clipboard. The campaign option you selected will determine how many images are required for the campaign draft.
Choose images that support your campaign message and reflect the service, offer, announcement, or topic you are promoting.
For best results, use images that are:
• Clear and professional
• Relevant to the campaign topic
• Consistent with your brand style
• Easy to view on mobile devices
You can edit or replace images after the initial campaign draft has been created.
Once your images are selected, click CREATE CAMPAIGN in the right column.
Zibster AI will generate a draft of your new email campaign using your selected campaign option, campaign details, button link, and images.
FINAL STEP
Review your new email campaign.
After your campaign is created, review the completed email carefully before sending it.
Make sure:
• The message is clear and easy to understand
• The email matches your brand voice
• Your images display correctly

If you want to build your campaign manually, click SKIP SETUP during the campaign creation process. This opens the drag-and-drop email builder so you can create your email campaign from scratch.

A strong email campaign usually has one main goal. For example, you may want recipients to schedule an appointment, view a service, read a blog post, complete a form, or take advantage of a limited-time offer.
Keeping your message focused makes it easier for recipients to understand what action to take.
Use a Clear Button Link
If your campaign includes a button, make sure the link sends recipients directly to the correct page.
For example, if your email is promoting appointments, link directly to your Scheduler or booking page. If your email is promoting a blog post, link directly to that post.
Review Before Sending
Always review your campaign before sending it to your audience. Check spelling, images, links, button text, dates, pricing, and contact information.
Sending yourself a test email is recommended so you can see how the campaign appears in an inbox.
